With Smallville ending a few years ago, there haven’t been any decent superhero shows on TV, with the exception of Misfits (it’s a British show and its awesome). CW is hoping to fill that void with it’s new show “Arrow”, a modern take on DC superhero the Green Arrow. It is supposed to have a darker tone than Smallville which should be interesting. I’m excited to see how this turns out. The series will air this fall.
In other CW news, according to TVByTheNumbers, they have renewed spy Nikita for a third season. It’s ratings weren’t very good and I predicted it would be cancelled. I’m glad that I was wrong.
